Shipping policy

The weather can affect our carrier's ability to handle packages. We are not responsible delivery delays.

Package Carrier(s):

We use the United States Postal Services (USPS) or UPS as our shipping carriers. Each package has a unique identifier that provides for a tracking history. You will be notified by either by email or SMS text when the shipping label is created, which provides a tracking number, and when the package is delivered.

The shipping label delivery address is based on customer input at the time of the order. The delivery label is automatically created from customer provided information. We are not responsible for the wrong or incomplete delivery address information.

Package Delivery:

United States delivery can range from 2 to 5 days. During a unique time like a pandemic, carrier delivery delays could be a long as 14 days.

You will be notified when the package has been delivered. Delivery issues need prompt notification, within  1 to 2 days otherwise the customer assumes responsibility for product loss.

Customer Responsibility:

Delivery Address, SMS Text or Email Address correctly provided. We are not responsible for the accuracy of email's or smart phone numbers as entered in at the time of purchase.

International Delivery:

All Custom's Duties are the Responsibility of the Customer.

International shipping is available but USPS shipping to some countries insurance is not available. Therefore, the customer assumes all responsibility for merchandise loss in situations where the USPS does not provide package insurance. No Refund will be issued.

When an insurance claim can be made, the customer must assists with the USPS  insurance claim process for a possible refund.
